Tidy Klean (“we,” “our,” or “the company”) agrees to provide cleaning services as described in the client’s booking or service agreement. Services include only what is listed and agreed upon. Any additional services may result in extra charges.
Canellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $XX.
- If our staff arrives and cannot access the property, this is considered a cancellation and may result in a fee
Scope of Services
- All prices are based on the size, condition, and requirements of the property.
- A price adjustment may occur if the actual condition differs from the description provided during booking.
- Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: (Zelle, Cashapp Venmo and Cryptocurrency(coming soon)
- Tidy Klean reserves the right to refuse services. Mold, biohazards, pests ,etc.
- Tidy Klean will provide its own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise arrange, must notify before service.
- Breakage & Damage; Client must report any damage within 24/hrs of appointment. Tidy Klean will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis.
- Items that are already damaged, unstable or improperly secured are not covered.
- All personal information, access codes, and property details remain confidential.
- Pets should be secured during cleaning for safety of staff & pets.
- Tidy Klean is not responsible for pets escaping due to unsecured areas.
- Tidy Klean offers before & After (time stamp photos) and/or walkthrough with the client after services.
- With a 24 -hour satisfaction guarantee.Request made in within 24/hrs from service time will be corrected at no additional cost. We do not provide refunds.
